Obviously not drunk, plenty of witnesses to confirm he was there for awhile, not immediately running from or attacking law enforcement and willing to go with them just to get away from the gastropub. Now all they need is a cleric that can speak with the dead.

Why is Dhur under arrest here? I just do not get it… is it a case of “Automatically blame it on the person who found the body!” that lazy cops do?
