Although this post is a day late (darn that calendar!), let me make the following announcement:

MEATSHIELD IS NOW ONE YEAR OLD!

On September 9th, 2009, I staggered my way into the webcomics scene with a big dumb half-orc who took up swinging an axe instead of welding and it’s been a great ride since.

I couldn’t be doing this all without the support of all of you out there in Internet Land. I also could never do any of this without the support and love of my awesome wife, Kathy. Love you, hon.:) Thanks also go out to my friends and family, including Rob D., Paul C, Debbie S. Chris S., Michelle D., Mom & Dad, Larry & Joan, Halikar and family, Amy H.,  and a whole bunch more people I can’t think of at the moment.

Sooooo… on to Year Two!
