In True Grit (the original version, not the recent remake that I haven’t seen yet), there’s a scene where Rooster Cogburn (John Wayne) confronts Ned Pepper and  yells out “Fill your hands you sonofab*tch!” which means draw your guns so I can kill you in a fair fight. That’s kind of what I was going for in that last panel.
